About me
After a burnout led me to spending five months in silent meditation at a buddhist monastery in Northern Thailand, I dedicated myself to the study and sharing of nervous system science, altered states of consciousness, and trauma-informed space-holding.
I enjoy creating meaningful and safe shared experiences with groups that support nervous system regulation in an increasingly fast-paced world. Through breath, movement, and sound, I invite you to connect with your inner healer, intuition, and authentic expression.
I firmly believe in the genius and intelligence that underlies the body and consciousness of each human being. All my offerings are founded on the principle that everyone is doing their best, given their circumstances and that we as human beings heal as a collective. Breathing in sync, lying down/ sitting in a circle, being witnessed in your process - this is how our nervous system has evolved for thousands of years. Every expression of you, every part of you is welcome.

Breath
Breath is our only instrument to consciously tap into our autonomic nervous system. We can actually breathe for the state we want - what a powerful tool! As a certified breath coach I hold spaces for group & 1:1 journeys with a ceremonial approach using brain-science informed playlisting, live instruments, bodywork, & more.
Innerdance (Kundalini Activation)/ Sound
Having studied directly from Pi Villaraza, from whom the Innerdance first emerged in the Philippines, I use brainwave entraining soundscapes, inuitive touch & other energy healing modalities to guide you through altered states of consciousness.
Yoga & Meditation
As a Yoga Teacher I employ a holistic approach integrating all 8 limbs of yoga into our shared practices. Spaces I hold go beyond the asanas and deeply into intentionality, flow, fequency, and resonance.
Having lived 5 months in silent meditation in a Thai Buddhist monastery in the mountains, I have been initiated deeply into insight meditation and other techniques.

If you have a known history of epilepsy, recent stroke, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, open wounds, are pregnant between the 6th and 12th week, aneurism, schizophrenia, or high blood pressure. You can email me if you are unsure about the suitability of breathwork for you. You could always attend and just breathe calm nasally without increasing the intensity with the group.

Innerdance is a powerful self-discovery and healing practice developed by Pi Villaraza in the Philippines. It's not a dance in the traditional sense— sessions are held lying down. It's a transformative inner journey that uses music, energy work, and intuitive touch to guide you into expanded states of awareness. Many people experience emotional release, deep insights, spontaneous movements, and a sense of inner clarity. Every human is different, so everyone’s innerdance is different.
